Friends of Colyton Library
Colyton library is one of the smallest in Devon with a large and enthusiastic Friends group.
Friends of Colyton Library (FoCL) work in partnership with the Parish Council and Libraries Unlimited (the charity which runs Devon Library services). We have responsibilities for the maintenance and running costs of the library building thereby ensuring that Colyton has a vibrant facility for people of all ages.

The Colyton Rebel Ukulele Strummers at the AGM
The Friends of Colyton Library held their AGM on Monday 24th March. We were delighted to welcome Agnes Finlayson, from Libraries Unlimited, who spoke to us about the summer reading scheme in Colyton.
After the formal meeting we were entertained by the Colyton Rebel Ukulele Strummers (see photo and video), who were excellent. The evening was rounded off by tea, coffee and delicious cake.
